The implementation of an electronic Single Window environment for international trade is widely recognised as a highly efficient approach to facilitate and streamline trade procedures. The proper setup of a single window environment is however a complex undertaking which requires coordinated mobilisation of multiple government stakeholders and logistics service providers.
